Ensuring the privacy of beneficiaries

The Institute applies an effective policy to achieve the privacy and protection of beneficiary data, ensure that it is stored and not viewed except by specialists and those with authority, and that it is not published and shared with any other party or persons who do not have the right to access this data.
The Center publishes the Privacy Guarantee Document and publishes it on the website via a link on its website so that all users can know how to collect and store data and who has the authority to view this data.
The Institute clarifies a policy by publishing it on the site usage agreement page under the title (Privacy Policy).
The Elite International Training Center clarifies through the privacy policy published on the site that it does not sell or give any external parties the personal information of beneficiaries, and the center has pledged to do so.
Trainees collect data
The IT employee on the platform is responsible for collecting data and delivers the data to the student affairs employee to activate the names and contact numbers to create attendance certificates. They are the only ones authorized to view the trainees’ data.
The data is kept for a period permitted by the licensing authority, and the employee is not entitled to use the data for advertising or any other uses.
