The Center undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the trainees’ information and not to publish it. It can only be used to save the beneficiaries’ database through the public institution’s website, which can only be accessed with a special password for the general and executive director and the training coordinator. Also, access to the Manar platform is done by the trainee himself, and no one else is allowed to enter because there is a password that is sent to the trainee via mobile phone or email, for him to enter his national ID number or the residence number for non-Saudis. Clear and explicit policies and laws for academic integrity are published / Academic integrity is the commitment of the trainee and trainer to Islamic values and educational honesty in order to achieve pedagogical and educational success. Accordingly, the Manasat Center for Training and Business Development has a policy of not allowing cheating, forgery, and violation of rights. Examples of this include: – Forging training bags and violating the rights of others. – Intellectual and literary theft. – Conducting courses with fake licenses. – The trainee attempts to change and fabricate information. – Impersonating others. The Center takes integrity seriously, so violations of academic integrity usually result in being denied training at the Center if the violator is a “trainee” and not contracting with the trainer if he is a “trainer.” Commitment and dissemination of the principles of intellectual property rights and copyrights are among the most important forms of intellectual property, and at the Platforms Center for Training and Business Development we pledge to the principles of protecting intellectual property rights and copyrights of content. Intellectual property policies are also made clear to all of our trainers at the center through training contracts. Attendance Policy: The Center ensures that attendance is calculated for trainees through the preparation links. Attendance is mandatory for the trainee through virtual classes and is equivalent to the attendance hours. Also, if the trainee is absent from more than 50% of them without an excuse and without alerting the Center, it will refer him to the list of those absent from the course.
